Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once your service has been activated. For any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to making your purchase. Our support team can provide a complimentary one-hour trial on your Smart TV before you commit to the service.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are strictly non-refundable:

  • Bangladesh Cable TVBOX: $60
  • Setup Fee: $25

Auto-Renewal and Payment Terms

The service is set to auto-renew unless we are notified otherwise. Payments made via credit/debit card will be processed automatically 72 hours before your invoice is due. Payments through Zelle must be sent manually with the appropriate memo for correct application to your account. To avoid conflicts with auto payments, cancellation requests must be submitted at least five days before the renewal period.

Suspension and Termination

The service will be suspended once payment is due and will be automatically terminated after five days of non-payment. A reactivation fee of $10 will be applicable for any reactivation unless otherwise stated.

Warranty and Replacement

Our TVBOX is provided with a limited 90-day warranty covering mechanical failures. The original device must be returned (a shipping fee of $9.15 applies) before a replacement can be issued. After 90 days, any replacement device will incur a cost of $30 for the TVBOX and a $9.15 shipping fee. In cases of physical damage, the end user will be solely responsible for purchasing a replacement device, regardless of whether it is within the limited warranty period or not.
